Sure Signal not connecting to internet

My Sure Signal is showing only a steady power light. No other lights are lit or flashing. I have followed the troubleshooting guide, with no luck. It is quite common for my Sure Signal to drop out for a while but usually due to internet connection dropping out and soon reconnects. This time, the internet connection is fine and the Sure Signal just won't reconnect. Router has been rebooted many times, Sure Signal box has been reset many times. No changes have been made to the router - Same one as I have been using for a few years (for information it is a D-Link G604T). Any ideas?

Additional information...

 

The VSS is vession 1.Serial number is 21224336434.

Hi Andy,

 

As ststed in my original posting, I have referred to the troubleshooring thread and performed all steps. My router does support DHCP and it is enabled. The only other information that I haven't provided so far is that my ISP is TalkTalk (Pipex as-was).

My Sure Signal has now reconnected. I have done nothing more than before, it has just started working again so I will now hope that it stays connected!
