Hi,

I have a new Sure Signal v3 box  ( 40130447978 ), however it will not connect to the internet.

Power light solid and internet flashing for a few minutes then goes to

Power light flashing and Service and Users light both solid orange.

Then it tries again.

Looked at the troubleshooting and clicked on the relevant image but there was no info available, only the option to ask a question - dodgy link?

I have a fixed IP address 81.149.13.41

Simon.

Trace complete.

@spj_uk - Your download speeds are a worry and your tracreroute is showing some very high results.

You need to get in touch with your ISP to see if there's anything they can do.

Is there a minimum speed? I'm getting on to BT about trace

Ok things appear to have moved on a bit

Power - red and solid

Internet - white and solid

Service - white and solid

Users - off

However I appear to improved signal but another device here has not seen an improvement.

@spj_uk - Ideally a 4.13mbps download speed would be recommended.
