Sure Signal not functioning - admin please help

I'll be brief:

New sure signal (other one blew and I had to pay for this - sore point not for this thread).

Active lights operations (two left hand most white lights)

Sure Signal V3

Internet tests functioning (no surprise as nothing changed) 

It's not giving out a signal to get beyond 1 bar (previously was 5 bars), even when you're next to it

please determine teh status of this unit and why it's not working.

Yes - tried all that - funnily enough your post prompted me to do another reset which worked 😕
