VSS works for the main phone - but does not pick up any of the other numbers registered.  It has been reset many times but to no avail.  Help?

Hi

Can you check your phones settings that they are set to latch to 3G signal and not just perhaps 4G.

Also try turning the affected phones off and on to soft reboot them.

Do the Vodafone Mobile Numbers show as registered to the Sure Signal ?

Thx - tried that - the options is defined as "highest connection speed" - but tried altering that to 3G and it made no diffference.

The subsidiary phone numbers are showing as registered to the VSS.

@Nealra

Have you tried deregistering the Sure Signal through your online account and setting it up again from scratch?

If you have had the device reset many, reregistering may do the trick.  There is further information on the link below.
