Solution

Sure Signal not receiving calls

Currently no phones connected to our Sure Signal can receive calls or text. We can make calls no problems.

As soon as out of range then all is fine with the phones.

I have turned the box off for 24hrs but the problem persists.

Any ideas?

Hi djphilpotts,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Everything looks fine from what you’ve posted.

I’ve re-synced your Sure Signal today so please complete this process by performing a factory reset as follows:

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

If you’re still having problems after trying this, please post back with the light sequence that you’re seeing on the Sure Signal.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi Jenny,

I have reset the box as instructed but the issue is still the same.

The lights are as follows:

solid green

solid green

off

solid green

When I make outbound phone calls, the light that is off flashes green.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi there djphilpotts,

Thanks for posting.

I've seen this before.

Can you try changing the postcode to ST1 5GP for about half an hour then changing it back?

Cheers,

LeeH
