I use Sky as an ISP
My sure signal shows as being registered in the portal and for the past 12 hours the system and phone light have been flashing and I have not got a 3G signal.
UPnP is configured on my router, however the router does not have the facility to do port forwarding, it's a very limited functionality UI on the router.
Vodafone do not provide coverage in my area and I expect to be able to make and receive mobile phone calls, after all it is what I am paying for. I bought for £50 the sure signal box and was assured it would resolve the coverage issue that vodafone does not provide in my area.
This was sold as being an easy solution to the poor coverage vodafone provide in my area and easy to setup and I find the support forum littered with other customers facing the same issue and no resolution!!!!!
This has obviously been a very badly tested product (sky are a major broadband provider) to an issue caused by vodafone, the fact their coverage is appaling and I have to source my own solution and PAY THEM for the privilege
of getting a good mobile signal IN MY OWN HOME!!!
