Changed my phone and sim yesterday. SS is still not working. I believe that according to the following forum post I need to remove the number from my SS and then re-add it:
I can't do that because the VF web site throws an application server error on the My Sure Signal page. So I have been speaking to a "senior second line support analyst" at VF to help me but he is assuring me that the number doesn't need to be re-registered on the SS. So far we have re-booted the phone, checked 3G is enabled (I told him it was 5 mins before he asked me), re-started the SS box, etc, and, of course none of that has worked.
As you can imagine I am now getting slightly annoyed. Can anyone at VF help me with this issue?
