I had a power cut at the weekend and since then the sure signal has been unable to reconnect. A couple of months ago I had the same problem and you done a re sync at your end which fix the problem. Please could you do a re sync at you end.
The router I am using is a netgear DG834N

That's been done for you. Remember to factory reset
VSS Factory Reset
- Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
- Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
- Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
- The VSS should come online within the hour
If this fails then could you try the device on a new connection and let me know if the problem persists?

I have tried the reset again and it is still not working.
Tried it on a new connect and still did not reconect.
The last time this happen a re sync was done at your end which fixed the problem.
