Sure Signal not working and still with Vodafone Support from few days but no resolution yet

Hi Could someone help or provide escalation email where this can be escalated to right people as I have Sure Signal which has stopped working and from 3 days I am with Vodafone Support every day spending time without any resolution yet. Now I am been advised that a reset is done (I did these many times before) and I have to wait for 4-6 hours if this doesn't work then no option for me but to go to someone else house to test this. Based on request from Support: 1) All the ports for this Sure Signal are now opened (set this up under DMZ on router). 2) Static IP assigned for device. 3) Have 50 MB download speed. 4) Have 10 MB upload speed. 5) latency is 8 ms. I need help on this urgently as this device was given to over come the signal issue and now this also is not working. Thanks, Mahendra

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
