Sure Signal not working - no lights

Hi, just moved house and SS box won't power up, no lights at all.  We have no signal cover at all on mobiles.  Help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Thanks for that,

Assuming that you have tried another power outlet socket and the same condition prevails then it is almost certain that your power supply unit has failed.

Without test gear, the only way to confirm this is to replace it. 

They are readibly available and cost around £10 or less from sites such as Amazon and Ebay. Just search for 'Sure Signal power supply'.

Version 1 and 2 use the same power supply and requires 12 volt  1.5 Amp supply with a 2.5 mm connector.

P.S. if you come across a 2 Amp supply, that's even better, but not less than 1.5 Amp.

My sure signal version 3 was working fine then all of a sudden it no longer powers up and now rattles inside, no power surges at property and Internet superfast. Why would this happen and will I have to pay another £100 for a replacement.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

ive done all that and checked other power points no lights on at all and was registered in Dec 2013
