Sure Signal not working

Hi

My sure signal v1 seems to have stopped working. The 3 of 4 lights are on ok, but handsets cannot get a signal. The unit has worked ok for several years. I have tried reset, factory reset and followed the tracert advice with the following results;

Hi Boogiebus,

 

Everything looks fine on the traceroute but I’d like to check the registration.

 

So I can do this, please let me know your Sure Signal serial number.

 

Also, can you try another reset by using this process?

 

-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid

-Pull the power lead and the Ethernet cable out with the reset button still pushed in

-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead

-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

-Put the Ethernet cable back in.

Hi

The serial number is: 21196914168. I performed the reset and again 1st, 2nd and 4th lights achieved solid green but no 3G connection between my phones and the Sure Signal box.

I had 3 conversations with Vodafone tech support over the weekend who tried resync, got me to reset and got me to open up ports on my home hub 4 and then seemed to conclude that the next step was to take the box into a Vodafone shop to test.

Appreciate any help you can give.

Can you try the Sure Signal at a different location (friend or neighbours?) so we can determine if it's a fault with the device itself?

How can I get it repaired ?
