@andybt Apologies the Sure Signal serial number you’ve provided us is showing as invalid.

Please can you reconfirm and we’ll be happy to check up on this for you?

The tracing route that you’ve provided is showing some issues which you’ll need to speak with your Internet service provider (ISP) about.

Sorry for the delay Sarah. I've just seen your post. I have a second Sure signal which I bought home from work and it worked perfectly... until a couple of days ago and I now have a flashing light (Number 2). This is the same on both Sure Signals.

They are version 2 and the serial numbers for both are:

40121013896 (Model 9361 Home Cell V2-V)

40121442830 (Model 9361 Home cell V2-V)

@andybt - 40121442830 – We can see this last connected to the Vodafone network on 13 September as did the other Vodafone Sure Signal 40121013896.

When you’re trying to use the devices, are you trying to use them at the same time and do they work at different locations?

HI,

No not at the same time. The other device stopped working at work so I bought it home and it worked fine for a bit then stopped working.

I ahven't tried them at a different place as this is where I need to use one 🙂 They would possibly have both connected as I tried one then swapped to the other.

Can you try a resync at your end and see if that helps. (I have had this done in the past when I've had issues previously).

@andybt

I’ve done this for you now.

Thanks for that Wayne. I have reset the box and plugged it back in again so we'll see what happens. At present I still have the power light on and the first light flashing.....

HI,

I've left the Suresignal to its own devces for two days now and I still have the power light on and the next light flashing. Any other siggestions to get this working.m This particular box hasn't worked for three months or more now which is a real pain. Can you force a software update from your end to see if that sorts it?
