Sure Signal not working

Hi,

 

My sure signal has stopped working.  I get a flashing red light and a solid orange light (internet).

 

Serial number- 40130439777

 

Speed test results- 4.23mbps

Ping- 31ms

External IP- 176.25.93.206

Which version of the Sure Signal are you using?

 

Please try a new Ethernet cable to see if this helps.

 

If you haven't already, please reset your Sure Signal.
