Sure Signal not working

Ver2 sure signal both lights flashing for over a week. tried resetting a few times to no avail.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. 

I've checked and can see that your Sure Signal connected with us yesterday. 

Are you still having issues with it?

If so, please could you try a different Ethernet cable as suggested by @BandOfBrothers ? 

Also, could you please clarify which lights are flashing? Is the power light stable and the next two (internet and service) flashing or is it the power light and then the internet light?
