Sure Signal not working

My signal stopped working recently, I have followed all instructions on the troubleshooting, but still have only a steady power led.

 

WAN IP: 217.155.40.214

SS serial: 21222175438

 

Please advise...

Whilst I acknowledge that the VSS support team are probably busy, it would be nice to think that an acknowledgement of a problem from them might be forthcoming.

 

This is not the first time this has happened, and patience can only wear so thin...

 

Perhaps a better way would be to have a ticketing system, rather than making us post on a forum and *hope* that a moderator picks it up eventually...

PLEASE!!!! Can somebody at least offer to re-sync my VSS? At least I could be trying something - and it would kepe me off this forum for another 24 hours!!!

Come on Vodafone! at least acknowledge Rick's problem.

Otherwise Rick, email Guy Laurence. You'll find the address by Googling. if I publish it here, the powers that be in Vodafone will just blitz it.

it was the only way I could get my issues with my account sorted. He professes to be passionate about customer service.... try testing the Passion....

Sure Signal not working again, just the steady red light. 2nd outage in one day, not happy.
