Hi mapky22,

Your Sure Signal is on an old firmware version so I've had the latest version sent to your Sure Signal. Please don't do any resets for the next 24 hours and keep the Sure Signal plugged in.

If after 24 hours it's the same then please do a reset and let me know how you get on.

tb66, please supply the following information;

Your speed test results from here.

Your ping test results from here.

Your external IP address from here.

The results of a traceroute.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thanks

I have a Sure Signal V 3 that has stopped working, tried everything and it still doesn't work, the serial number is 40130623586 its very frustrating as I don't have a signal where I live.

I've phoned Vodafone 3 times now and they've told me to reset my sure signal and router. I have done both of these and still didn't have any luck.

The sure signal is the newest one. It has the red power light flashing, internal light not on, inservice light not on, in use light solid orange.

Please can someone help as I don't get any signal where I live which is very annoying!
