Sure Signal not working

I have a solid red light showing on my Sure Signal with no other lights showing.  I have tried resetting and there is no difference.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

My request to do the trace timed out on 60 separate "hops". I don't know if this helps at all.

Hi GrahamBath,

 

A Sure Signal version 2 needs a minimum 1Mbps download speed to work correctly.

 

This would explain why your traceroute timed out and your Sure Signal isn’t working.

 

I’d suggest you speak with your Internet Service Provider about increasing your connection speed.
