Sure Signal not working

Hi, my Sure Signal has not been working properly for a few weeks and is not working at all now (just the red light on).  I spoke to someone on the phone last week, who checked and said it was ok, which it was for a short time.  I've already changed the postcode and then changed it back again as someone suggested and have reset it a number of times today.

 

Any suggestions?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
