Hi hope you are able to help
My sure signal has stopped connecting, even after following troubleshooting guide.
Are you able to see if this is connecting or needs a firmware update etc?
Serial number is 21221619105

Your IP address wasn't on our whitelist and has since been added.
You should now find that your Sure Signal is operational.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I don't know if helpful - the sure signal has been operating problem free for years, has just stopped in the last few days. Quite important to get fixed ASAP as I need phone coverage for work (on call as a Dr).
