I cannot get my SS v3 to conenct and work - using BT Infinity and Draytek 2850. Unless I turn the firewall comepletely off (!) it cannot conenct and enven if I do disable the firewall, my phne cannot conenct.\

I have read other posts and tried putting the SS in the DMZ/Settign up port fwding/changing the MTU etc.

OPen to suggestions before the thing goes back as NBG....

@phil7122 – Everything you’ve posted looks fine.

What light sequence are you seeing on the Sure Signal?

Has this worked OK previously?

The LH red light flashes and the right most and next right most are solid orange.

The device has never got to the point it can support a call. I did once get it to the point where the left most light was solid red and the next two from the left were white but it still wasn't visible to my phone. To get to this point I had to completely disable the firewall! I now have the device ina DMZ and still it does not connect....

Do you see conenciton attempts ? I can see it making outbound connecitons in my traffic log.
