Sure Signal not working

Hi,

 

My sure signal V3 has not been working properly for the past week.Both of the lights are lit solid white and I have tried reseting the Sure Signal and my internet router several times. 3 phones are registered to the device however none of them are receiving any signal at all from the Sure Signal. At best we are getting 1 bar of signal however this is the signal we get when the box is switched off.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Welcome to the eForum.

 

Looking at your speeds, the download speed only just reaches the lowest we'd expect to see and your upload speed is quite a lot below what we would usually expect. This is something you'll need to discuss with your Internet service provider.

 

I'd recommend connecting your Sure Signal in another location, maybe a friend or family member's house.

 

You'll need to leave this connected for at least 24 hours to make sure everything updates.

 

We'll then be able to see if the problems lie with the Sure Signal or if they're specific to your location and router.

 

It may also be worth replacing the Ethernet cable so we can rule this out as a cause.
