Sure Signal not working

Hi 

 

I'm having the same issue that I've had previously with my Sure Signal where I have a constant power light and the first two lights are on yet I do not get any signal on my mobile still.  From the tracert results I think you are blocking my IP again

@dws199 I've checked your Sure Signal and can see it's recently made a connection.

Looks like I spoke too soon, it has stopped working again now, my IP address has now changed to 86.129.163.8

Starting to get really frustrated with this service, I work from home and rely on having a stable mobile signal but this device doesn't seem to be able to deliver that.

@dws199 Your Sure Signal is showing that it's made a connection recently, however it would appear that it's failing to transmit service to your mobile. 

You'll need to get in touch with our Live Chat team to request a remote factory reset to resolve this issue.
