Hi,
I recently changed locations of the Sure Signal (v2) using the online form. The device boots up normally and stabilises with the service light solidly lit. However, the phone would show "no service". I left it for 24hours, but still have the same result.
The dashboard shows that the SS is active.
Serial number is: 40120135484.

The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure if Dave's link helped solve the issue for you or if you've just not had a chance to post back the details he requested.
Looking at your serial number your Sure Signal connected to us OK about 40 minutes before you posted. If it's still a problem, be sure to follow the supplied.
