Dear Sir / Madam,

I've just received a new Vodafone Sure Signal, please can you confirm which ports I need to open on my BT Home Hub 2.

Currently from reading various forums I've opened the following in both TCP & UDP

8, 23, 50, 53, 123, 1723, 4500

I've done with Telenet application selected.

I have gave the new Sure Signal a static IP address transeffered the details from the old booster to the new one.

When I do into command promt I can continuosly ping the booster, the lights are lit as per your instructions.

Once I have the necessary port information from yourselves I'll contact BT for further assistance.

Can I make a recommendation that either you put the ports in the instructions or in the "My Sure Signal" web domain, it would have saved me a lot of time.

Regards

David Cieszynski
