Sure Signal outage, December 2014, Plusnet broadband.

I've called Vodafone today to inform them that my SS 2 has failed:  Flashes white lights for a while, they go out for a while, repeats.  They inform me that a software update (not sure whose software) has caused an outage for customers using the Plusnet ISP. 

Some more information from Vodafone would be appreciated!

Thanks very much for that. I have indeed seen some of these forums only today and will be getting a new power adapter.

Really hope that is what is causing the problem and it resolves the issue.

Still can't believe that I don't get any signal let alone 3G where I live - and I live in a large city not out in the middle of nowhere! Vodafone need to increase their coverage! But then they wouldn't make extra revenue in sure signal sales!!
