Hi,

My SS has stopped working after I was moved from BE to SKY

light 1 is on solid, light 2 sometimes flashing or solid, light 3 off and light 4 occasionally flashes.
I have tried resetting and port forwarding without success.

Serial No. 21196992131
fixed IP 87.81.205.116

Thanks

Hi willc01,

Thanks for this. Everything looks fine and your Sure Signal updated on our servers this morning.

If it's still not working, please try it at a different location so we know for definite whether it's a device or router/ISP issue.

Thanks,

Kay

Ben,

I have  tried de registering and re registering and it has made no difference.

SS just keeps running through the same sequence, light1 on permanently, light 2 flashes for a while then solid and light 4 starts to flash, light 3 never on. after a short time all 4 lights flash on then all off and the sequence starts again.

Thanks Steve
