Sure Signal reset

Hi,

I can't receive calls or texts on my SS v1 and reading through the forum I think the SS needs a resync. I've reset it 4 or 5 times and still nothing.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for posting.

Can you make calls without a problem?

Is it just incoming callsand texts that are affected?

If so, I've done the resync for you and you'll need to factory reset it.

If that doesn't fix it, try changing to postcode to ST1 5GP for half an hour then changing it back again

It does seem to be just incoming calls and texts that are affected, I'll do the reset now and see what happens and I'll try the post code change if it's not working.
