Sure Signal stopped working around 3-4 days ago

Hi,

 

Please can you help me to get my suresignal 1 up and running again.  Only the power light is on and steady all of the time (never any other lights).

 

I am using a BT Home Hub v3 and I am with BT.  My Sure Signal serial number is 21230736692.

 

I have tried to rest the Sure Signal, but to no avail.

I had a look at the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. Here are trhe results to allow you to further investigate :

There were compatibility issues between the Home Hub 3 and Sure Signal which maybe why it hasn't worked for you. 

 

Have you tried your Sure Signal at an alternative location so we can rule out a fault with it? If not please give this a try and let us know what happens.

I can certainly try it at another location to see if it will work, and feed back my finding.

 

I do know that it used to work for several years with no issues with the same hub as today, so why all of a sudden does it stop working? Appreciate if you could advise.

There could be a number of reasons for this, however can you test it in a different location and also let us know what light sequence you are now seeing?
