Sure Signal stops working

islanderuk
4: Newbie

When Imake a call it connects OK via the sure signal but after a few minutes all the lights on the Sure Signal disappear and the call drops out. The only light staying on is the power light.

After a few minutes the two lights start coming on again and I can use it but it stops working again after a few minutes.

Any idea what the problem is

I hope you can fix this for me.

Hi wbargman,

The very first step of the Traceroute looks like it may be the problem. The Sure Signal needs times of 200ms or less to hold a stable connection, but that is peaking at almost double that.

You'd need to speak with your Internet Service provider and show them the Traceroute result so they can identify the cause for you.

Hi egroeg61266,

Let's see if we can help you avoid a two piece animal print suit!

If you're unable to see the Sure Signal dashboard on My Account, can you try clearing your cache and cookies then closing all open browser windows before you try to log in again? If it's still not there let me know which browser it is you're using.

For your Sure Signal troubleshooting, give this guide a whirl and post back your details here if you're not directed to another page. :Smiling:

Cheers, Ben
