Sure Signal stops working

Hi please help,

My Sure Signal has stopped working.  I have had my sure signal v3 for 4 months and all was working well and suddenly it has stopped working.  I get the Power light constantly on and the internet light Flashed slowly at me.  I have tried to reset using the little button for the receommeded length of time but nothing happens.  I am using BT infnity via BT HomeHub3.  The series number of my Sure Signal is 40131576627.

Please help as this is killing my business.

Hi clutchmonkey,

It will do this as it downloads a new profile and configures through the new router, but I’m glad your back up and running again.
