Hi, my stats, below: Download: 64.10mbps Upload: 18.67mbps Ping 19ms; Jitter 1ms IP address: 80.229.157.167 Sure Signal Serial number: 21230494862 trace route stats in attachment. I have 3 lines with Vodafone, all reliant on the sure signal service, all pointless if it doesn't work. I'm desperate now, been going on since the 18th August, have called customer service on numerous occasions to no avail. I'd be grateful for a fix. I've not had the firmware updated, nor has the SS been refreshed on the Vodafone network.

Thanks for providing the details. Your traceroute and stats all look ok.

 

I'd recommend trying a different Ethernet cable as well as making sure all the correct ports are open.
