My sure signal V1 stopped working a few months ago after four years of service, Over the four years I have had to perform a few resets as expected and they have always worked. This time it seems to be something worse as I have performed countless resets to no avail.
The last time I remember it working was August, since then I have been trying to get it working.
My sure signal V1 has a solid top light and flashes on the second and fourth then they all reset and it cycles through again.it repeats this indefinitely. I can see network activity on the network port and have changed it to a different router to test.
I have changed the network cable - no difference
Are you able to check if firmware has been updated on my Sure Signal?
