Sure Signal v2 both lights flashing and constant emails re. the box having moved

Hi there

My Sure Signal power light is on, both the white lights are flashing.  I constantly get messages saying that the Sure Signal has moved, I go into the website, re-set the postcode information to confirm the location, only to get the same message again the next day.

The serial number is 40110922628.

Can you please let me know how to fix this?

Thanks

Danny

Hi dannyyoung,

You can get this sorted by logging into the Sure Signal dashboard online, changing the postcode that the Sure Signal is registered at to ST1 5GP for 10 minutes and then changing it back.

This will authenticate the location again for you.

James

Hi James

Thanks for this, I will try it.  Interestingly, when I look at the dashboard, it shows my postcode which is slightly different and one that I have never entered before.

I'll change it to ST1 5GP and then change it back and see how that goes.

Thanks

Danny

Hi guys both white lights are still flashing on my sure signal, can someone take a look at my results please?

Cheers

Hi, I have also had another email and text saying my sure signal has moved - again. It hasn't. Please help, I've had this for ages now and it has never worked!

Hi dannyyoung

Thanks for the update here.

I have manually updated the location profile for you today which should stop these messages from being sent.

If you have any other problems, please let me know.

Thanks

Thanks - what about the lights flashing constantly?

Hi Danny,

Thanks for the update. The lights will flash on your Sure Signal to let you know which functions are active. Your manual will let you know what each light means.

You can also use the Troubleshooting Guide to find out what certain light sequences mean should you be struggling to use the device. :Smiling:

Cheers, Ben
