Sure Signal v2 not connecting

My v2 Sure Sugnal has not been able to connect. It sits with the two white lights flashing together and the network activity light flashing rapidly.

 

I have tried leaving it for over 24 hour hours without any change. I have reset the sure signal and tried two different routers. Both of which were otherwise working correctly.
