Hi @callowsean

So we can check if it's a problem with your Sure Signal, please test your SS in a different location.

Thanks,

Rodney

How could I connect it to the router if I move the sure signal?

Hi,

Rodney means take the Sure Signal to a friend or neighbour and test it on their router to see if it will connect. It doesn't have to be the same service provider.

Regards.
