Sure Signal v2 only power light on

Sure Signal v2 has worked well for the past 6 months with BT and an ASUS DSL N55U.  Following last weekends BT broadband outage the sure signal has not come back to life despite following all the rebootings and other suggestions on the forum. 

 

I've attached the results of thevarious test recommended by tech support as a pdf.

 

There is a prblem with the traceroute.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Please see here, selecting if it’s a steady or flashing power light, and then follow the tests from there.
