Sure Signal v3 not connecting to phone

Hi

I live in a large house in an area not covered by Vodafone but am bound to use the network chosen by my employer.  I have been running 3 sure signals around the home for over 18 months with no problem.  Now all three have stopped working with no other change of hardware (router) or otherwise on the network.  The first 3 lights come on as normal, but when making a call or text the fourth light does not come on, and nor does my phone show any signal at all.

I have reset the sure signal and spoken to vodafone who assured me it is registered correctly and that I needed to do a hard reset of my phone.  Needless to say this did nothing.  I have tried all of the troubleshooting guides in the forum to no avail.

This is really frustrating and I need some real specific help to my problem.

I've not only tried multiple sure signals, but also multiple phones, and using my wife's account to register the unit on.  There seems to be something sinister going on here.

@msharpe3875 I can see that the device with the serial number 42152665842 last made contact on 11 December. Please can you let us know if you're still having issues with this?

 

The device with serial number 40131626943 has successfully registered but hasn't made contact with our network since 6 December. I've now resynced the device so please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting your device. If you continue to have issues after this time, let us know.

I can confirm 842 is not connecting to my phone with the same symptoms as above with the first 3 lights on but the 4th not coming on when using my phone.

I've processed a resync on your 842 Sure Signal. Please wait 6 hours before resetting the device.

I gave up with SN 842 in the end and got rid of it.

But now I'm having issues with 40131626943 again!

This is really frustrating.

Please can you look into this again and resync.
