I live in a large house in an area not covered by Vodafone but am bound to use the network chosen by my employer. I have been running 3 sure signals around the home for over 18 months with no problem. Now all three have stopped working with no other change of hardware (router) or otherwise on the network. The first 3 lights come on as normal, but when making a call or text the fourth light does not come on, and nor does my phone show any signal at all.
I have reset the sure signal and spoken to vodafone who assured me it is registered correctly and that I needed to do a hard reset of my phone. Needless to say this did nothing. I have tried all of the troubleshooting guides in the forum to no avail.
This is really frustrating and I need some real specific help to my problem.
Please help proactively

@msharpe3875 Both Sure Signal devices are showing that they've made a recent connection with our server.
Please switch your mobile settings down to 3G rather than 4G, so your Sure Signal is able to detect each mobile trying to obtain a connection from the device.

@msharpe3875 I've resynced both of your Sure Signal devices to help resolve your issue.
Please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting both units.
If you're still experiencing issues after this time, please let us know the light sequence on both of your Sure Signal devices.

I've noticed my external IP has changed. Is it anything to do with this?

@msharpe3875 I can see that the Sure Signal device has since made contact with our servers.
If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know your new external IP address.

I was having a similar problem. Try changing your phone to 3G instead of 4G. It fixed the problem for me.
