Hi My wife is having this problem with her sure signal v3. Since she is not technical she asked me to look into it. The box has been working very well from january 2014 till about 2 weeks ago. I noticed the problem after I had unplugged all the wires in the room in order to tidy it up. When I plugged everything back in the Ss3 box no longer worked. The red light is flashing and the light on the far right is solid orange. The other lights are off. I reset the box with the little button to no avail. I got my wife to log onto the Vodafone account on which she originally registered the box and all is still there. In the household we also have a Three UK home signal box CV connected to the same router and this is still working. Does anyone have an idea as to how to resolve this issue? Cheers Fred
