Sure Signal v3 worked fine on BT Infinity HH 5 but stopped 1 day later, now won't connect to Vodafone

I changed from Talk Talk to BT Infinity, Sure signal v3 was fine for a day now it won't connect to Vodafone.

I have tried all the reset instructions, changed the ethernet lead, deregistered and registered on vodafone portal - yesterday came up as active, left for more than 24hours and also all the different combinations of port forwarding mentioned in the threads.  Today I notice your dashboard for VSS is not working at all it gives: Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController" .  Since the internet works absolutely fine at great speeds and the VSS did work fine for 1 day I suspect this is a whitelisting or a Vodafone reset issue.  VODAFONE TEAM PLEASE HELP ASAP TO FIX YOUR VSS DASHBOARD AND RESET/WHITELIST MY VSS FOR MY NEW BT INFINITY CONNECTION all information you request is here:

- My Sure Signal serial number: 40133868766

 - My speed test results from http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3860498059
 - My ping test results from http://www.pingtest.net/result/109231705.png
 - My external IP address is 81.152.42.9

 - light pattern seeing on the Sure Signal: Flashing Power and constant orange internet see image

 - Are the Ethernet Lights on the Sure signal lit, flashing or off? Yes

Hi John64,

I can see that your Sure Signal is now connected to our systems.

Is everything OK from your end?

Thanks,

Matt B

Yes, all is OK.  Out of interest what was the cause of the outage, I understand it affected loads of people?
