Sure Signal version 3 not connecting additional users

Hi, I have recently changed my Sure Signal version 2 for a new version 3 (plug type). I have a managed to connected my iPhone 5 at set up and also added my Blackberry 9790 which is registered and I have received a confirmation email.

 

However the Blackberry doesn't get a signal at all.

 

I have reset the Sure Signal and Blackberry. Changed the Blackberry between 2G & 3G, And flight mode etc... It's still not working. 

 

When I turn the Blackberry off and then on again, it will register full 3G for about 2 seconds before going to SOS only. 

 

Can someone help or reset sync my Sure Signal please? My serial number is: 40124130473

Update....

 

i have now had my Sure Signal re sync'd and have full 3G on my Blackberry but now my iPhone only get 2 or 3 bars and shows E not 3G. 

 

the iPhone is definitely connected to the Suresignal because I get absolutely no signal at home. Is this normal?

Thanks for your post here. 
 
The Sure Signal device only emits 3G signal, so if you've got EDGE, it won't be from the Sure Signal. Can you check to make sure that 3G is definitely enabled on the iPhones?
 
Settings>General>Mobile Data>Enable 3G
 
If this is definitely on, try removing the iPhones from the Sure Signal and adding them again.

Hi, I have given up on the Suresignal v3. I had it re sync'd last night and it worked with the Blackberry but dropped the iPhone! Now it keeps flashing the power light with a steady orange light. There is no interferance at all and neither phone has any signal.

 

I have deregistered it and plugged my v2 back in as that used to work. All I'm getting now is steady power light and 2 other flashing lights.

 

There is nothing in the trouble shooting to cover this.

 

My IP is 90.207.133.65

I have re-synced the Sure Signal for you please factory re-set and try again, however if this doesn’t resolve you issue please let me know.
