Sure Signal version 3.

I've had my sure signal working for a number of years but it has recently stopped. I have the flashing red light and a constant orange showing a phone. (3rd symbol along from the red light). I've checked the cable and it is still connected. I have reset the SS and router but it is still not working. My serial number is 40132121969.

Can you check it your end please and assist?

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
