@Niyfl I've submitted a requested to get your IP range added to the whitelist.

If we need anything further, we'll be in touch to let you know.

Sorry Typo - IP Address range - 31.25.5.128/25

The ISP has contacted you on the forum also. As this is a rural community broadband provider, most customers are located in rural areas where coverage is patchy at best. The sure signal will provide us in the country with better communication as line speed at best is 256k!!! so please help us out... thanks

Ken

@Niyfl I've checked your Sure Signal and can't see any abnormalites restricting the device from making a connection.

I've requested for the full IP range to be added to the whitelist, as '31.25.5.128' was the only IP checked on the last comment.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We'll be in touch if we need anything further.

Thanks Rahim,

could you please let me know once this has been actioned and completed - i  will then reboot my router and V3 to see if it connects. Thanks Ken

@Niyfl We've had confirmation that the full IP range are now present on the whitelist.

If you're still having trouble after the reset you've mentioned, please try performing a factory reset via the below:

Hold the reset button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings. This won’t affect the registered information on your online account, like numbers, location, etc. This can take between 20 minutes to 6 hours to complete.

  • Holding the reset for more than 15 seconds will switch off the device.
  • You’ll know the Sure Signal is working when the first light is solid red, the second and third solid white. The fourth light will be solid white when the Sure Signal is in use.

Please can you add this IP address 100.96.19.202 to the White List, I'm having issues with my Sure Signal showing Orange icons and flashing red.  It used to work fine, then this happened.  I've swappe it for a new Sure Signal and the same problem is on there.

Thanks

@Newuser2016 Please can you confirm the IP address provided as it doesn't appear to be valid. We'll then be able to request this for you.
