Sure Signal with Netgear WNR2000v3

used to work then stopped. Changed broadband suplier to Eclipse FTTC and have netgear WNR200v3 router. Set up port forwarding on all ports but it wont allow 123 (NTP)

done factory reset and reregistered suresignal box -status showing as active on voda portal. Not sure what ele to do - unit just sat there with power light flashing on and off. can ping it as well from pc.

 

any ideas?

done all the things on the list before I posted and none help.

 

am I supposed to post my request on the same tag as the link you have sent me or is this one ok. I assume vodafone can have a look at their system and see what my sure signal is up to from the serial number I included in my post. Love the way their is no way you can look yourself - make life easier if the unit had a management system like a dsl router soes wouldnt it?

hmmmmmm.......i guess yu really need 123 opening as these all need to be open for it to work.

 

are you able to log into your router and alter the settings? if not your ISP should be able to help
