On Friday 17th Feb 2012 my Sure Signal unit was without power for a couple of hours during the late afternoon. Since the power came back on the Sure Signal unit has not re-established a connection to Vodafone.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi
My sure signal will not connect after the electricity was turned off for a couple of hours. I have tried everything and even left it all night to connect and it just doesnt. Our interenet speeds are good and I have never had a problem in the past so I have no idea what else todo.

@ebushrod Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
If the Sure Signal has lost power suddenly it may need to be factory reset. You'll need to get in touch with our team via Live Chat to do this.
