Sure Signal worked on first use only

SureSignal - newest one with plug socket on front

Installed it yesterday. And seemed to work fine. Good reception on the whole downstairs and the last light lit up when calling on our mobiles.

Today a different story.  Power and first two lights all solid.  When any calls are made the last light does not light up at all.

Our serial no. is 40133482105.  Tempted to take it back to the shop.  

Have not tried a Reset yet as it was working OK yesterday.

Just ran a Speed Test.  Ping 32 ms.  Download speed: 4.30 Mbps.  Upload speed 0.38 Mbps.  (Easton Royal has hopeless broadband but that's another story)

Broadband provider is PlusNet

Help needed please.

Just to say SureSignal now working fine, can't believe I am seeing five solid bars as a signal.

I did a 5 second reset and it started fine after a few minutes.
