As of 11:55 am on Thursday 2 October 2014, I notice that my Sure Signal is working again. It will be good to hear from Vodafone what caused this major outage.
Instead of the unusable -113dBm when the SS was out of action, I now have a thoroughly respectable -51dBm.

Yep, I'm in Devon and am working as well now with no reset. We'd still like to know Vodafone what the problem was please and if this is likely to happen again.
