Help

I am the registered owner of the sure signal and i dont know how to de-register myself and then re-register myself as my account is associated with the sure signal. My number hasn't changed but i have a new sim, it doesn't see my new sim. I have waited the time scale suggested but still nothing. Is there anyone who can advise me what to do next?
