Sure Signal

My Sure Signal which was previously working well is now not recognising my phone. There are 4 phones registered to the Sure Signal and it works ok with 3 out of the 4, but not mine. I have recently had a new contract SIM. Vodafone tell me that shouldn't make any difference. They told me to do a full reset, which I have done 3 times now and it makes no difference whatsoever. I now have virtually no signal at all whilst in the house which is intensely frustrating!
