The setup is done through your VF account pages, so if you can get into them from a Mac then I would say it should work too.

Hi @JOT
Looking at the results you’ve posted everything looks ok.
Please can you ensure that the IPSEC setting has been selected on your router, if you’re unsure on how to do this, please contact your internet service provider.
Also ensure that the correct ports are open on the router:
Cheers,
Laura

Thanks Laura
I did all of that this morning and still it doesn't work, is it possible my sure signal is just broken.
Before we switched to this new style and BT Infinity it was absolutely brilliant and now we may as well not have the mobiles as we simply can't use them.
It's causing a lot of stress.
Is there anything else I can try?
Regards
Janet

I think Laura I have exhausted every option, changed the wire, spoken with BT, set up port forwarding, completed the tests and still my sure signal does not work and yet we had one for at least two years that worked brilliant - it's why we all buy vodafone contracts for work and home ... please please can someone ring me to talk about options.
Thank you

Thank you but I got thru to Technical, spent a long time on the phone and I was told that Sure Signal will not work with Infinity.
The end nothing more you can do for me.
So I rang BT and they are sure that if it worked before if they put ordinary Broadband on my phone line it will work again with the sure signal - I was delighted that they cared about our business and how much we were struggling and how long it has gone on for.
If you want to call me you can phone me on 01302 844 655 and ask for Janet but when you are told by Technical "there is nothing more we can do for you - you shouldn't have bought infinity" - I thought "gee thanks".
Turns out that the sure signal is not yet geared up to work with fibre and you guys need to catch up, because I definately wil be looking to move my 36 phones from Vodafone as soon as my contract has ended if you have not caught up with the latest technology.
Kind Regards
Janet
